- Hygienic Room
- Every room contains sanitizer and masks
- All washrooms are equipped with liquid soap dispenser(s) or packed soap bar.
- Room linen will be changed every other day or on request
- Freshly prepared bleach solution (1% sodium hypochlorite) or phenolic disinfectants are used to clean the washbasin, furniture, and toilets
- Sanitized Indoors
- Every guest's temperature is checked on arrival at the entry point. Any guest with a temperature above 99.1 will be refused admission
- Sanitization of common areas (reception, elevator, lounge) is done every 6 hours with a phenolic disinfectant
- All recent travel history of each guest is recorded as per government guidelines
- Wherever the use of bleach is not suitable (metallic surfaces like door handles, security locks,) solutions with at least 70% alcohol are used
- Staff Training & Preparedness
- Social distancing is observed at all times - Entrance, Reception area, Lobby, Elevators, etc. This includes refraining from hugging, or shaking hands with guests as well as among staff
- House-keeping & service staff to wear masks (3-ply) and gloves (single-use) at all times and Aarogya Setu app downloaded.
- Staff training is conducted at least twice a week, on hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette
- Temperature check twice a day and mandatory leave for Any employee having temperature above 99.1
- Maintaining a distance of at least 2m (6 ft) and avoiding anyone who is coughing or sneezing
- Also completely refrain from touching eyes, nose, and mouth
- Use of sanitizer is mandatory after exchanging objects (money, credit cards) with guests
- Safe Dining
- Restaurant staff will wear a mask (3-ply) and a hair net at all times
- Table and seating arrangement to follow social distancing norms
- WHO or Govt approved sanitizing agents used to disinfect and clean vegetables, meat and all other food items
- All kitchen supplies will be fully sanitized before entering the storage area and refrigerators
Every guest is provided a Covid-19 Travel Care Kit upon arrival (pictured below)
